As a thank you, participants receive a special bundle that includes a custom T-shirt, professional photos, and an interview to share their fitness story—featured across our social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.

As a retired U.S. Air Force veteran with 23 years of dedicated service, Kim brings a disciplined and results-driven approach to fitness.
In addition to her certifications as an ACE Nutrition Specialist, Kim has also worked as a fitness model and continues to do so, embodying the principles of health and wellness she advocates. Driven by a passion for helping others, and her commitment to excellence in fitness and nutrition has helped countless clients achieve their health goals. Her dedication to continuous improvement and client success has solidified her reputation as a trusted and influential figure in the fitness community.
